Insurance Accepted

Most insurance plans are accepted at our office in Eagan. We are happy to call your benefit plan and inquire about what your benefits might be at our office. Many plans allow for a wide range of dental care services, including teeth whitening and oral surgery. Additionally, if you are covered by a dental insurance plan, we will gladly file your insurance forms for you with a request to have the benefits assigned to the office. We ask that your estimated portion, after insurance, be paid at time of service.

Dental Benefits

Understanding your dental insurance coverage (dental benefits) can be challenging. At Cliff Lake Dental Care in Eagan, our goal is to assist you in understanding and maximizing your dental benefits. First and foremost, please understand that dental benefits are a contract between your employer and your insurance company, and that you are the policy holder. We care for patients from many different employers and each employer pays an insurance premium for the specific coverage that fits the company's budget. We encourage you to become familiar with your policy by contacting your dental benefit company at their customer service telephone number, reading your benefit booklet, checking your policy online or contacting your employer's human resource department.
