I had a great experience at Cliff Lake Dental. It was awhile since my
last visit so I was quite nervous and worried. The staff was very
patient, informative, and friendly.
When I decided it was time to visit the dentist, I didn’t call my
health insurance company to recommend me one. I googled offices and
started calling. I noticed that the first 6 dental offices I called,
the secretary was kind of rude and unfriendly. It felt so much like a
transaction and it seemed like she was in a hurry to get off the
phone. I didn’t want that kind of feel with my dental experience. I
wanted to connect with a person who cares, understands my current
dental history, my concerns, and for them to be helpful. When I call
Dr. Rauchwarter’s office, Carrie answered the phone. I explained my
dental concerns and history and she was so patient, kind, and
understanding. We had a friendly conversation and I knew at that
moment, this dental office was what I was looking for. Sounds cheesy,
but everyone wants to be treated nicely and that you matter.
The friendly atmosphere was transparent within the entire staff.
Jackie, Peggy, Robin, and even Alyssa (who I haven’t work with, but my
brother in-law did when I referred him to Cliff Lake said so). You
can go to those one stop, quick fix, transaction based, client number
establishments. But if you want a customer focused, you matter, no
hurry, detailed explanation of dental benefits, and transparency, I
strongly recommend Dr. Rauchwarter’s office. And by the way, Dr.
Rauchwarter is a great dentist. How many dentists do you know who
will call you personally the next day after a filling to ask you how
you’re feeling.
